Best thing I've done for myself. Ever.
Easy questionnaire to complete, an NP (Nurse Practitioner) prescribed semaglutide, and it arrived impeccably packaged! I mean, thick styrofoam and three reusable ice blocks surrounding the medication... Which is great for me because I travel very frequently. Makes for easy packing and travel. Included were alcohol wipes, which is a testament to hers' commitment to patient safety. The app is easy to understand and informative. Overall, a great experience!

I've decided to take a slightly different approach -- rather than being tied to the scale I'm gauging my weight loss based on how my clothes fit. I'm able to get into a few of my size 8 jeans although the size 10's still feel a little better. Underwear getting a bit loose.

Loving HERS so far
Loving HERS so far. They don't make me gag like some pills or chews (lots have fish taste) I also have noticed some baby hairs since losing an abundance of hair during anxiety (daughter diagnosed with cancer) and talking a GLP med. excited to see where this experience goes and more importantly if the hair remains. I do need to find out if this is lifelong or once a goal is met it's okay to stop.
