When I purchased the GLP-1 treatment on June 2025, the ad implied that the cost would be $1500 for a year. They sent me a 6 month supply. Then they sent another 6 month's supply in December and charged me $1500 again. It would be good to make your ads more clear as to what the costs are

I would give the medication subscription itself a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, I’m giving a 1-star rating for customer care and follow-up. I experienced a concerning side effect (eye muscle weakness) from a medication previously prescribed for GAD through this service. That symptom resolved, but later returned while I was taking a different medication they prescribed. When I reached out simply to better understand one of the medications — an antidepressant that was included as part of a weight-loss program — the response was abrupt and dismissive. Instead of providing education, reassurance, or medical context, I was quickly removed from the program and unsubscribed altogether, as if asking informed questions made me a liability. This was especially frustrating given that all of my questionnaires consistently reflected that I was tolerating the medication well. Being proactive about side effects and wanting to understand how medications interact should be encouraged — not punished. The lack of transparency and support left me feeling that patient care takes a back seat to risk avoidance. That’s disappointing, and honestly concerning, for a service that prescribes medication.

I need more guided info. The videos on the app are somewhat limited and when I search on line I feel overwhelmed.
