The whole process is so easy with HERS. I was struggling with weight loss and decided to take action. I answered questions spoke to a doctor and asked additional questions and we determined together the course of action. Everything was done privately and remotely. My medications show up at my door without having to run out to a pharmacy. It’s convenient and affordable. The program is working for me. I follow all the instructions and check in on the HERS app. I would highly recommend HERS.

I like the requests to check in, and I feel supported in my care through hers because 1) I can do it on my own time, 2) it truly is easy to get the help you need easily and safely through hers, and 3) I feel seen and heard. At my first check-in, I indicated that I was not improving much, and the very same day I had a detailed and informative message from a doctor, and additional medication en route to me. I could not have asked for a better experience.

hers will charge you without telling you and ignore you when you reach out to customer service. I had a reaction to the medicine they prescribed and reach out to see if I had other options.(about a week and half into treatment) I asked if I'd be charged and the assured me I wouldn't. they talked to me a bit about some other kit then I was charged 200 dollars. now I'm asking what I was charged for and they're ignoring me. scam website

Customer service non-existent. They are clearly in the wrong in charging me a subscription fee for a GLP-1 when I was never shipped an original subscription and CLEARLY requested to cancel, but they continue to double down and fight my credit card company instead of doing what an honest company would. Replied to my last review that they attempted to contact me - dog shit. No one contacted me. What an absolute joke of a company that you could provide proof that a CS agent messed up, that they violated CA automatic renewal laws and yet they continue to argue instead of making it right. I had another subscription with hers for minoxidil as did my partner and we both cancelled. When you’re willing to lose lifetime customers over a single charge instead of making it right, you’ve got your business priorities all wrong. EDIT: their review reply is a generic canned response with no truth to it. They responded to this review exactly as my other review and no one has reached out. In fact, I have an outstanding message in their app that has not been replied to since Jan 8th about how they used bogus screenshots from an actual active subscription that I DID have for minoxidil to refute my credit card claim. I never even received the shipment they’re trying to charge me $400 for and that’s shown in my account. They can respond to my credit card company but not to me. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and this company is so unethical. My story is clear: 1. I told a CS agent in August that I do not wish to proceed with medication because they make it impossible to cancel yourself. I was told I would not be charged again unless I reactivated the subscription. I did not. 2. I was charged $395 in December and requested information about the charge and was told I “cancelled the order and not the actual subscription”. Wtf? I was told I wouldn’t be charged so why would I even need to look out for this? They never sent a subscription reminder email which violates CA subscription renewal laws. I asked to cancel that same day and was told it was too late as the order had already shipped 3. Shipped order never arrived and still says both on their app and on USPS that it experienced an “exception” on Dec 23rd 4. I refuted the charge with my credit card company and did not include screenshots, so they provided their own “evidence” that was related to another subscription and conveniently left out all the above details. Not to worry hers, I’ve now included screenshots on that claim and my case is rock solid. This company is the WORST

My experience is going well;however, I'm not seeing any changes is my food noise. I mary need to increase my dose.

Being diagnosed with Fatty Liver disease and did not get any help from the doctor. Medicare offers no help unless diabetic so I researched and found HERS. I have lost 21lb's since November 20th. I am happy they are able to help.

I don't exactly understand how much to inject. It isn't very clear. I do t know when my next shipment will arrive but I am almost out of meds.
