I have had a little difficulty with the app but have been working with the technical team when needed, to get things sorted out.

It’s too early to tell! I lost a pound as of today. I have noticed, when I get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night I’m a bit dizzy. Is this a possible side effect? Otherwise everything seems fine.

The medication is working, and I’m thrilled to be down over 8 pounds in a month. My questions are answered when needed and the care team is prompt. The areas of improvement as I see it are 1) the price increase is unnecessary when upping the dose. Other providers have a flat fee; and 2) the nightly questions to stay on track could be more detailed. For example, a question about staying under your calorie limit would be a meaningful question to ask.

An AI assistant is extremely lame and it's hard to tell what kind of "provider" is answering your questions. As a medical professional myself, it seems like the questions either are not always read correctly due to possible language barriers, or not understood at all, when I am asking basic questions. RNs at med-spas give GLP-1's under MD licenses locally. I'm not 100% sure this is a "specialty"since GLP-1's are to new for true evidence based practice or that anyone cares about anything more than the bottom line dollar.

If I could rate zero starts I would. This company is a scam, they do not review profiles, try to prescribe medication that was not requested and never consult with a MD or NP, only patient support, whatever that is. I am very disappointed with this company and hope people are not tricked like I was in thinking this is legitimate online pharmacy.
