I almost DIED. I literally lost my appendix because they irresponsibly prescribed me such an insane dose of GLP1. I had to have emergency surgery. My doctor (a real doctor) came in after emergency surgery and explained to me all the risks "hers" failed to tell me. There is a very high chance of blockage or infection when on high doses. People should never be moved up to 30 units or even 50 units by month 3 or 4. I was never encouraged to stay at a lower dose. I was told to increase significantly every month. It made me horrifically sick and literally almost killed me yesterday. When I reached out, all they said was "sorry to see you're canceling but come back any time." DO NOT USE HERS. THEY DONT CARE IF YOU DIE. Go to your doctor. You absolutely can have a good glp1 journey with someone who actually cares about you. Hers does not care about you.

The medication doesn't work. I feel like I took $400 balled it up and tossed it in the trash. A waste of money.

Very simple to use! Great response times when contacting the care time.

Too early to know how this is working. I am definately going through a shedding period.

So far the only negative I have is that I’m growing more little hairs on my face and I’m not a fan of that. Other than that I haven’t had any other side effects. I’m hoping to start seeing progress soon.

Getting answers, care, treatment, instructions, everything, has been the most seamless, amazing experience with HERS. I'm so grateful.

App can be cumbersome

It started out fine. I took a survey and was given compound semaglutide. Immediately I had side effects. I kept in contact with the providers via the app. I never heard from the same doctor twice. They had differing opinions on what the solution was. I ultimately ended up termination the injections after being told I could switch to a different oral medication. After they refunded the money for the semaglutide, which I did not ask them to do, I started receiving more conflicting info on starting the oral meds, and then was just ghosted all together. They just stopped responding. Very unprofessional. Choose a different site for your needs.
