I signed up for the weight loss program…
I signed up for the weight loss program and medication. I stopped the auto-renewal, because I only wanted to do medication for 5 months to kick start my weight loss. After having side effects with the Wellbutrin, the Dr said I could not change medications because I stopped the auto-renewal. I replied asking if it could just be restarted because I made a mistake and never heard back from anyone.

The MD that I’ve messaged with was absolutely useless. I asked two very basic questions. Neither were directly answered and instead were met with autogenerated prompts with no actual thought put into the response at all. Total waste of time.

Insufficient support / problem solving cannot begin to describe how…
I cannot begin to describe how frustrating and laborious it has been to work with this company. This site seems to be comprised of several different providers and an AI generated response system. There seems to be little regard or bandwidth from anyone willing to take responsibility for issues like shipment problems, reimbursements, re- setting the app, etc

I really treasure and appreciate the responsiveness of hers company. I have experienced a couple of bumps and resolutions are made within a few hours and the resolution is always on point. Great company!

I am losing weight and I couldn't be happier. I want to be able to run around with my grandchildren. My only problem has been getting my meds by the time a bottle runs out but I think that was my fault.

Information wasn't clear when first signing up.
The one negative I have is it wasn't made clear that we needed to pay a membership monthly ongoing. With this added membership fee it is making yours more expensive then others. Also, it is my understanding that beginning in July people on Medicare can get GLP-1's for $50/month. Does Hers offer this?
