Hidden costs Don’t get ripped off
I wanted to get a prescription for tirzepitide as i had already gotten started on it thru Noom but Nooms refill required me to spend almost $900. For three months. I tried to get a straight answer from someone at HERS as to how much it would cost to continue with them instead. They charged me $40 and never answered my question. It felt like a scam to me. They did nothing for me except take my money in exchange for offering me options i didn’t want or ask for.

Made Me Wait Weeks Then Cancelled My Order
Made an order that was supposed to come in a few days, it was delayed for weeks, then suddenly cancelled out of no where and told I can no longer get that medication. DO NOT trust them to have what you need.

Works but prepare your wallets
Overall, the service is quick and easy to use. I enjoy the app and the available features. The customer support and providers respond in a reasonable amount of time. Shipping is usually right on time. I had a shipping issue once that was resolved right away once reported. The only issue I would say is the overall cost. Once you go from 4 mg to 9 mg+ of the Wegovy pill, your costs go from roughly $300/ mo to double the cost. Not only are you paying the prescription price, but there is a membership fee. Although that is understandable, I have begun price shopping other providers as a result. $600/mo+ is unrealistic for many consumers. Otherwise, I'd rate the experience and app a 5-star.
