I had to spend countless hours trying…
I had to spend countless hours trying to get a response and after all the hours I spent a medical person told me that I couldn’t get the pill form of minoxidil because of my hypertension. Should have just listed up front medical conditions that prevented use so you wasted my precious time with your very in intuitive system that is a nightmare. I will recommend that people avoid homs/hers

While the pill works
While the pill works, I find the monthly membership fee of $149 each month VERY high. I will not be able to continue usage from October on.

Product fair
Delivery and response are great. Overall products seem to not work as well as I hoped. I stopped the hair treatment. Still continue with weight losses but have not lost any additional weight.

I was lead to belive the $150 was…
I was lead to belive the $150 was yearly. Not monthly. Between that and the refill I am being charged $300 a month. That is simply not feesible for me at the moment. I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for a week now with no help. The chat line just keeps sending me the same message and when I try to call I get left on hold for 30 minutes at a time with no answer. I would like to cancel and discuss a refund and no one will help me.

I feel that when I signed up for the…
I feel that when I signed up for the $39 subscriptions and $149 a month Rx product was misleading in the beginning. When I had my first FaceTime appointment I was told my Rx was $149 a month and nothing about also paying $149 monthly for the subscription. I have had one FaceTime meeting with someone in May and in June it was all done through messaging thru the app. Also I have been on Wegovy since 2024 but in April I retired and my new Medicare drug coverage did not cover Wegovy so I had to use your company. They started me on the lowest dose And I have seen or felt no progress with the pill.
