I love being treated like a person, not just another number or member subsciption. I truly feel the sincerity in all my dealings with the Hers staff.
I appreciate the ability to speak to someone almost immediately over the smallest to largest of questions or concerns. The customer service on top of the 24/7 care is something you don't experience much anywhere anymore. I couldn't recommend a better or more supportive weight loss experience to anyone.
