This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I have been unable to get into my account for more than a month, I have emailed repeatedly for help and get nothing but useless A.I.,my prescription is being shipped to an address I can’t change because I can’t get into my account, and I can’t get into my account to cancel the subscription. Stay away from this shoddy company at all costs. There are plenty of other options

What a bunch of BS. I had been on a mid dose trizepitide from a local clinic. Decided I wanted to go with a pill form. I was on 7.5 of trizepitide. They put me on the lowest dose of pill form (I wanted to stay away from injections this time) that does nothing for me. I write in, same freaking questions I have now answered 6 times. All cookie cutter answers. I requested a dose change, same dam questions all over again. No final comment on the dosage change just the cookie cutter answer like initially. This is all AI qued answers. I can bet on it...as well as the name of the so called Physician. I am sooooo pissed right now.

I feel that because they only allow 1 month at a time for GLP-1 medication and it has to go through an outside pharmacy there is too much lag time. I have to put in my order every three weeks for it to get approved and then get sent on time. It's a lot and the ONLY reason it only got 3 stars. Otherwise, its been good.

I am losing more hair now then before I started to take the meds....

I think the product is great. I haven’t had a side effects.

review update- I gave negative review 2+ days ago. As you can see from all negative reviews, they say they look forward to getting more info from customer. In my case, i responded immediately, crickets! Terrible customer service. They do not try to make things right. Their 'new platform' of monthly membership fees plus the expense of meds is outrageous. Especially true when they will not keep the prior pricing that was in place for established customers! 7/23/2026--update--same response from Hers! They do NOTHING to fix their problems at all. All the responses from them on the App and on here are AI generated.
