I used Hers for almost 5 months out of 6. I made it to the "final dosage" of the medication and I lost no weight throughout the entire process. I continued to message through their messaging platform and was just told to keep going essentially, but after that long with as much money as it cost, I expected to have some results. Nothing. Didn't lose a single pound. There is no refund if it doesn't work. Don't waste your money.

I recently had a number of questions—not difficult ones, but apparently too difficult for the customer service team to handle, so they were escalated. The questions were in regards to the next dose, and how to handle maintenance once I reach my goal. When your physician on call replied, he didn’t answer my question. In fact, his curt reply had nothing to do with my any of questions. Big thumbs down. Eventually I will find another provider that has better follow up care.

I like that the way you have reminders to drink water, eat protein and take medication. The app is very friendly and easy to use

Where to begin with the perfectly terrible experience with HERS? One month before my 25 day trip out of the country, I messaged HERS many times to place an early delivery of my Wegovy. When I got nothing but automated non-responses (AI or??!!) I called. I explained to the gentleman rep who got approval for early delivery, WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN. Then I got promises for free month of Wegovy. A few weeks later the auto emails with “treatment updates” started with the recommendation that I get my meds at the pharmacy (and as I’d said BEFORE, one month of Wegovy is $1000 and is a no go). Your systems is BROKEN. I’ve never had such an absurdly inefficient and unsatisfactory experience with ANY online provider IN MY 60 YEAR LIFE. Not one provider has ever bothered to read the chain of ridiculous and repetitive requests and responses. It’s terrible terrible terrible. It would behoove you to fix your issues. There is a world of CHEAPER and NO DOUBT better providers than HERS. I will absolutely go to another provider to lose the 10 pounds I want to lose because you have failed in every conceivable way. My hope is that myJuly dosage and the complimentary month are at my home when I get there. HERS COULDNT BE ANY WORSE.

Only received meds once despite being charged the introdctory $99 fee and then another $149 fee. No more meds from Lilly, no communication from anyone except the same answer from hers "your medication is shipped directly....... I am cancelling my membership!!

So I am doing really well with the program. I am loosing at a nice pace and feeling good. Thank you for checking on me.
