The price for what you receive is the problem. I have told that AI doctor 10 times that the medicine is not working and they only bumped me up half of a milligram dosage. So now I pay $500 a month for something that doesn't work. I guess hers expects me to pay thousands of dollars before it gives me a prescription that actually helps with weight loss. I haven't lost any weight at all!! and anytime that I try to talk to the doctor it's always a generated robot message.

Weight is coming off slowly. Just started the 4mg so weight loss may pickup.

I'll start with how hard it is to talk to anyone. They refer you to read one of the thousands of articles on NOT WHAT YOU NEED TO ASK. The thing I wanted was to cancel which finally I was able apparently to do since they confirmed by email that I was cancelled, however, they keep trying to charge my credit card and if I hadn't put it on pause I bet it would have been almost impossible to get them to refund me because I keep trying to communicate to them I am cancelled and they shouldn't try to charge my credit card and they don't listen and now they have attempted probably 10 times to charge me $149.00 and they contact me by email to update my payment so they can charge me. It's certainly frustrating to try to communicate with them. This is in addition to my review. I canceled my only subscription with them and they confirmed it, however, they still continue to try and charge my card for $149 for membership they call it and they say I have to pay first and then cancel before they will cancel and refund. That makes no sense and sounds like a scam for sure. They don't really need me to pay before they cancel me completely. And getting a refund I'm sure would be difficult if not impossible. Be warned.

First dose too high. Nausea has gotten better.

It seems like more hair is falling out these days..it's been 4 weeks since I took daily pills and some say it's normal to have more fall outs for 2-6 weeks, so hopefully new hair will come out thicker and fuller.

You have the worst website ever! I have to sign in every time! I am a member don’t you keep me signed in!!!! Takes forever to get a response. Ability to track anything is none existent!

Although 1.5 mg didn't seem to do much, I just started the 4mg and my appetite is definitely less.
