It was easy to sign up and when I send a message HERS responds quickly and kindly. However, the app is unusable. Everytime I open it it asks if I've started treatment and then it freezes. If I reopen and try to log my weight it freezes again.

They take forever to ship and after 3 months of having to message them to push it through the pharmacy and almost missing my next prescription I am now stuck waiting and will be missing my first dose. This med is to be taken a specific way but now I am going without. No one responds just the AI assistant. And the pricing structure is a nightmare. Starts off low and then sneak in all these fees to where you are paying way more than you initially thought you would. Am I losing weight? Yes. Am I having to monitor their job and paying way too much? Yes. Am I switching to a different provider? Heck yes. Bye Hers. You won't be missed!

The food noise is gone, I am watching my diet to help with the meds and I workout high intensity 5-6 days a week. Still trying to get enough water and sleep. Meds have been a big part no food hunger or cravings! I lost 31 lbs since I started:)

I ordered my product 1 month and 6 days ago they charged my account on the day I ordered and I still haven’t received the product I payed for. Ive messaged them several times and the AI generated message keeps saying it’s in processing. Who knows if I will ever receive it? Be aware of this company!!!

I liked that the medication finally arrived and had no issues with the medication. I had to wait more than two months for it though. I downloaded the application but it does not work - I cannot access Hers through the app on my phone so communication has to be done from my pc. I felt deceived because the membership is $149 and the medication is same price- I don't remember this detailed. My credit card was charged all at once for two months of memberships plus the medication -You charged my card but have not been able to provide a receipt so that I can obtain reimbursement from the Health care spending account so this is very frustrating!
