my hair is still thinning I get big clumps of hair that just fall as I am brushing my hair, i'll try for 3 more months but thus far I noticed no improvement

Another billing issue -
I continue to have a problem with your billing. I have statements from you that the monthly charge for the 2nd month would be $149. I was charged $119 on the 29th and I have no idea as to why. And then $149 2 days later. You asked for me to be honest - I expect the same from you.

I am so disappointed
I am so disappointed. I should have paid closer attention. I did not realize monthly fee was jumping from $39 to $149. Will be canceling my membership

Over charged.
I took my pills 2 weeks and canceled because of side effects. The next day I tried to renew my subscription but I was charged an extra $119 to renew. This seems like it should not have been charged.

First pill not doing anything bery disappointed… I have requested increased dose age but have not received anything yet… still waiting on a response!!!

Nothing works as it should
For the price of this service, I should not have to work this hard. The first issue was when I ordered the service on June one the app assumed I took the first pill on June one so I began receiving notifications that it was almost time to refill after only a week and a half of taking the pill after messaging the AI agent seemed to understand, but I still didn’t get any clarification. The second issue was the physician chat. The recommendation was for an injection which I did not request. I requested the pill. So it took another few days before the prescription was changed to appeal. All that to say is just seems way too complicated for the price that I’m paying. I should not be this inconvenienced then the daily checker doesn’t allow you to update your data for the previous day which seems backwards. It’s asking me to log my sleep and water at 7 o’clock in the morning when the day has just begun when it should actually allow me to log my activity from the previous day missing this functionality, defeats the purpose of having this tracker.
