Charged for an order I attempted to cancel.
An auto order was on it's way to my house for hair growth treatment. Around the same time, I had decided the current treatment I was on wasn't really working that great so I reached out and was prescribed a different dose. I was prescribed the new dosage. Unfortunately the other pills showed up and my card was charged for 6 months worth of pills (Around $175). Not long after I received the new dosage and was charged for that order as well (Around $90). I reached out and was told policy would not allow for me to return the first dosage even though I hadn't even taken it out of the shipping carton. I feel like I should have been allowed to return the original shipment for a refund. I understand there is a policy but the pills are extremely expensive and now I'm in debt $265. It makes me want to consider ordering anymore from this company.
