Received congrats email for treatment I’m still waiting for
I ordered by in July - and have not received my order due to supply demand. Now I have received emails congratulations on my first month of usage and I don’t have the treatment yet .im really unhappy at the moment. Should not be taking orders and money when you cannot follow through

Just another scam try to sell me a product in a sub…
They try to sell me a product in a sub standard dose which is not acceptable. I immediately canceled my order but they said they sent it anyway within five minutes of the original order. Of course that order didn’t tell me what the dose is going to be. that does doesn’t work for anybody. when I asked them to give me at the correct dose, they refused. They figure after using their product for a year and they take all that money from you. You have no choice but to do it again for Couple of hundred dollars. anything for money. Just another scam playing on unsuspecting people’s desperation for a cure.

Ineffective medication/high pricing
The medication/dosage I am using is not very effective in reducing my appetite, and you are more expensive than other providers.

Communication in the app is unclear
Communication in the app is unclear. It is hard to track medications and costs associated with them. I keep getting an introductory message but I've been using the app since I started, so that's an example.

I have lost a satisfactory amount of weight.
I have lost a satisfactory amount of weight since taking the medicine. I just recently started taking the higher dose and I'm excited to see the results. I do have to say that when I first started taking it, I felt like I was in a fog, or even a little depressed. Happy to say that it has past and I'm feeling more like myself. This journey has been a lot easier than anticipated, thank you!
