I signed up for their weight loss program because they had an introductory membership rate. It took them forever to send my first dose of medicine. I asked the doctor to send my prescription to Amazon because Hers is slow. The doctor sent my prescription to Amazon and then sent a cancellation so I wasnt able to purchase it. I will NEVER do business again with this company. The customer service alone makes the monthly membership fee not worth it.

They clearly do not explain how the program works. You get charged a membership, but they only reach out if you reach out to them, they seem to get your questions confused they try to push more than what you went there for..they tell you that a team member will get back with you between five and seven hours and they never do.. the membership starts as soon as you submit and then the pills will come 10 days later.. so even when you cancel you’ll probably still get charged the last membership of them doing absolutely nothing. Definitely do not recommend.wegovy.. found my appetite increased more, ended up gaining weight instead of losing. became very moody agitated I had the nausea. I feel like it puts your head in a brain fog definitely was not for me unless you enjoy depression and no motivation.. and then they asked if I wanted to continue $119 a month for a membership for what I have sisters I can talk to why would I have to pay somebody $119 no cancel means the whole ball of wax. they said they would talk to their care team to see if they’ll refund my membership. I’ll have to wait to see cause I took my pill every other day and yet I still have 15 pills of the 30 and I already paid for another membership… Hers is costly..

Had a pen dysfunction n lost a bit of momentum.

I was trying to do research on some medication options but the questionnaires all lead to doctor interviews and buying programs and even tho I tried to decline and cancel the program I was only researching, y’all tried about 6 times to process a payment I didn’t approve ( I didn’t like the payment options or the price ) one did make it thru… I’m not quite sure how because I told my credit card company to decline it. But I have 6 months worth of treatment now, so that’s one way to research I guess. If it works / helps at all ( still not sure I even need it ) I’ll go to my regular doctor to discuss. It might not be as convenient as I thought y’all would be, but it also won’t be broad brushed and shoved down my throat either.

It was all good; however, your pricing is not upfront enough. One needs to dig to find the true costs. That is one of the main reasons I canceled my membership. I don't think you are alone in this practice. The GPL-1 offers are all over the place, and most of them seem to operate like this. The good part is that I felt like the doctors were very prompt, answered all my questions, and were courteous.
