Initially a poor experience, but satisfaction after all
Very poor communication and response from the company UPDATED REVIEW: 8/29/2026 Initial experience with the company was frustrating and unsatisfactory. However, after several inquiries and a poor review the company did the right thing. Their response was slow in coming but they rectified the situation and responded to and satisfied the issues I was having. I am happy with the response from the company.

The product is providing a lessening of…
The product is providing a lessening of hunger and i am losing weight. I have questions regarding the charges on my credit card. I was charged $39 on 7/12 which I assume was a consultation fee? then on 7/13 I was charged $149 for the 30 days of 1.4mg subscription. On 8/7 I was charged $149 and again on 8/11 for $149. I am only on the second month of prescription so there must’ve been a mistake on the 3rd charge as I am not yet on the 3rd month of subscription. Please advise.

There is no dedicated “team”
There is no dedicated “team.” I’ve had some issues and sent a few concerned inquiries and every time I get a response back from a different person from a different area of the United States with a different tone and different path forward. Those people aren’t talking to each other so I don’t know why you call it a “team.” Also, my messages/language have been manipulated/translated through your AI asset for some reason. Why not just send my actual language. So far, I’m not loving this platform.

Total rip off
Total rip off. Money hungry company. No refunds no reimbursements event when you reach out/cancel within MINUTES, before the care team even reviews your case. If you cancel after using it for a few months because you realize you got SCAMMED on the treatment cost, but try to reactivate after receiving offers to come back, they charge you all over again as if you’re new. No refunds even when you’re like excuse me, that’s not what I was told - even with receipts. Money hungry corporate BS

I canceled my subscription in July
I canceled my subscription in July. I was charged $149 on Aug.20th for meds that I do not want. I would like to have my money back.

Customer service based review
Your customer service has been incredibly on getting back to me over the past month with my constant emails, looking for when my kit was going to be sent to me. However, I can not comment on the kit because I have yet to receive it- it says it’s on its way now.. so I will be able to review that later. Again customer service was great and got back to me very quickly- thank you.
