ForeverLux canceled my order. I placed my order and the next day I received an email saying, "The status of your order #xxx has changed to Refunded." No one has explained why yet. I've already written to customer service and no one has responded

ForeverLux Customer Support is a disgrace. They use DHL for delivery and takes forever with no shipping update. Always stationary and never moves from destination. I highly disappointed! I requested 30% credit for inconvenience and CS ignore loyal customers. Beware!

I see they have a marketplace at Walmart, eBay, probably a few others, and their own website. I've purchased several bottles of perfume from them now. Customer service wasn't great, a bit curt and not super timely. One of my purchases arrived as the Elizabeth Arden version when it was marketed as the Liz Claiborne version who originally started scent. I requested a return which they accepted and provided a full refund. All other purchases have been authentic and accurately marketed, with exception to one perfume having had a broken cap without having disclosed that. It didn't appear to have occurred in shipping. Items are well packaged and ship timely. I like that they offer so much for variety including price range on the same item with different things going on with it, e.g. no box. Overall I will probably continue to be a customer :-)

Been buying fragrances from this company for about a year now. I never had a problem fast shipping, Authentic products their 1 of the 3 stores I buy my high end niche or designer Fragrances from. To many fakes on E - bay and Amazon.

I have placed 3 orders with this company in a year's time. Recently I purchased Burberry Her, Dolce and Gabanna Light Blue for him and Juicy Couture Gold. As always the products came, they are the real deal, tester boxes unopened and they are all on point. Last year I purchased Carolina Herrera Good girl supreme and iykyk.. amazing smell and again these perfumes are the real deal no knock offs. Shipping thru DHL is slow but its worth the wait!! Promise you won't be disappointed. People who leave bad reviews based on shipping, like it's the companies fault...come on people do better, support your small businesses! I would order again and again from this company. Much love to ForeverLux I tell all my peoples about this company. I would have paid 360$ from Sephora or Ulta for my most recent order, my total was 179$ with ForeverLux. I'm rambling but I can't help myself such a wonderful company. With every order I also receive a coupon for 20% off. Can't go wrong!

This was my first and last purchase from this website. It took 8 days to receive my order, and DHL held it at the processing plant for 4 days. I reached out to customer service, and all they offered was that I could return the items if they were unopened. There was no effort to retain me as a customer or any acknowledgment of the long delivery time. I'll be sticking with FragranceNet from now on!

I ordered. They sent the wrong item. They told me I could keep the wrong item with a 10% discount or send it back and they’d send me the correct item. I chose the 2nd option of sending it back. Nope. They just said “walmart refunded (me), they won’t be sending me the product, and didn’t do either of the options they offered. Buyer beware.
