It's a shame my last order arrived…
It's a shame my last order arrived damaged. They returned my money very attentively, but the product was very poorly sent in a bag when they always sent it in a better protected box.

So not buy from this company
So not buy from this company. I have ordered a lot from.them and I recently ordered from them and never received it. They said contact the carrier who was supposed to have delivered it. I did and they were no help. ForeverlLux stated they we a business that did good business and they would not help me. I will never buy from this poor excuse of a company.

I will never by another product from…
I will never by another product from this company again if this is how you treat loyal customers. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with you and now when my product hasn’t arrived you won’t replace it or refund my money. That’s terrible customer service! Called and the only thing I got was it was sent and your not responsible for it.. i will never buy from you again and i will pass the word to EVERYONE I know not to shop with this company!
