I purchased Versace Eros perfume for women. The bottle showed it was perfume. When it arrived, it turned out to be eau de toilette! I contacted them & they said it was written in the details that it was eau de toilette! In small print , whereas the bottle said eau de perfume! I will never buy from them again. Luckily, Walmart stands behind all its sales & they sent me a return label & then a full refund.

Paid $23 for return labels because they don’t offer free return label. Had to remind them to refund my items 5 business days after they’ve received the returns. Both items were not even opened because of the slow shipping I didn’t want to do anything with this company. They did NOT issue full refund and withhold $25 for restocking fee. 20% restocking fee for items used or damaged?! I’ve never even opened to see what is in the box - I directly returned them. I can’t believe Amazon Pay keeps them as a trusted company. I’ve ordered through AmazonPay, thank God I can file a claim, also via my CC, and get my money back. PATHETIC business practices! Do not shop from them, they will steal your money.

I ordered thru Walmart not knowing they dealt with this company. I also never received item and ForeverLux is saying they can’t cancel order because their tracking says it was delivered and I need to follow up with post office. My credit card has put a stop payment due to the many reported issues regarding this company. I have also been communicating with Walmart management who has assured me they are contacting this company. Buyer Beware!!!

I see a lot of bad reviews I don’t understand why fragrances always arrived sealed on time and there always authentic the shipping is a little slow other than that don’t listen to these other reviews must be there competition

I bought two new colognes. The company sent one new cologne and the other cologne is a tester and evidently used. The company has failed to replace and or refund my purchase.

They never even sent me my order… they know that it was never delivered and they refuse to give a refund and they say it’s not their problem. All they say is contact USPS and obviously they aren’t going to do anything either. Do not buy from foreverlux!!!

DO NOT listen to the good reviews it’s just foreverlux trying to cover their butts. First off I ordered this around December 1st! Here we are and it’s the 19th usps still hasn’t even received the package. I’ve sent two emails to foreverlux no answers. These people are scumbags and pretty sure I ain’t going to even receive it and when and if I do be sure I will make another review. To foreverlux I’m glad you enjoy stealing peoples money especially around the holidays at times like this your scum and you’ll get yours eventually!
