Outdated communications approach to customer service
Filled out online for Euros. No response for several days (I was at a military installation in the mideast and needed the Euros for a Germany trip right after I returned). Contacted ICE when I returned to the US. The excuse was they couldn't verify some information (never told me what info) and had tried to call me twice. No email contact, no transaction info. Phone contact is a pretty lame method as I don't answer my cell if the caller is unknown because of all the false robocalls. I'll try them again but I expect an "exception" email at least if there is a problem so I can call them.

We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we hope to be able to do a better job next time. Our clients are extremely important to us and that is why we make multiple attempts to contact our clients by phone. In our industry, email is the desired point of contact for fraudulent orders. Speaking with you over the phone allows us to confirm that you are the person who ordered the currency. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused and look forward to redeeming ourselves in the near future.
