The company is quite good, and it is very convenient that the functionality is quite simple and even a beginner cannot figure it out.

The experience was fine except for fedex delivery. Inept driver, my husband was home in the garage, the driver made no attempt to try to deliver the currency and left without leaving a notification. Two days waiting at home. Please consider UPS. Otherwise, fine service.

The website, exchange rates, currency availability, and ease of ordering were all excellent. I wish I was presented an option of how to ship, however. I had to go hours out of my way to pick up my currency at a USPS office on the other side of town during rush hour before the office closed. Had I been able to use UPS, I could have picked my envelope up at convenient store on the way home from work. My most recent currency order was through another company simply for this reason alone.

As soon as card clears you should process order. not wait till the estimated clearance date. otherwise 5 stars
