Hello Ms. Mary Ann, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry that your order did not get delivered in the time frame you had intended. Unfortunately, we are the mercy of our couriers to get our packages delivered. In regards to your minimal reimbursement, it doesn't look like very much, but that is only because that's all we charged you for two day delivery. We hope this experience will not deter you from ordering from us in the future. We strive to offer the best service and if we make a mistake, we hope a second opportunity is possible.

We are grateful to you for taking the time to help us improve our service. While we are the mercy of the delivery courier, we do take this seriously and will address it with the corresponding company. We ask that all packages be signed for delivery to take place. However, it is unfortunate that not all mail carriers follow procedures as they should. Please rest assured, all packages are fully insured. In regards to your email, we apologize for not responding in a timely manner. We will improve on all counts you have pointed out.

We are grateful for your feedback and comments. We are sorry that you had a bad experience. We strive to offer the best rates we can. Unfortunately, Morocco as you noticed, is a rare currency to find. Because of it, wholesalers charge a high rate for us to obtain it. Adding even a slight mark-up makes it seem as though we are charging more than we should. That is why we offer two forms of payment, so that clients may obtain the best rate we have to offer, even on these expensive currencies. To counter the hi mark-up on minor currencies, we came up with our Buy-Back Guarantee. We will buy back up to the full amount you bought from us at the prevailing interbank rate of exchange when the currency is received. (Excludes coins). We hope you will allow us the opportunity to assist you in future travels. In the meantime, we have you have a wonderful trip.

We appreciate your feedback Gordy. While the rates may seem expensive, we offer flexible payments for you to choose from. Having cash on hand is helpful when arriving in a foreign country for the first time or if you're arriving late at night. Not all credit cards offer 1.5%, but if traveling off the beaten path, credit cards may not be accepted and ATM's may not be as accessible as they are in major cities. When using a debit card abroad to withdraw cash, you are charged a fee by both your bank and the bank providing the ATM. Those fees can be up to $8 per withdrawal which would be just about the same cost as our ground delivery fee of $10. Again, thank you so much for taking the time to offer your thoughts.

We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we hope to be able to do a better job next time. Our clients are extremely important to us and that is why we make multiple attempts to contact our clients by phone. In our industry, email is the desired point of contact for fraudulent orders. Speaking with you over the phone allows us to confirm that you are the person who ordered the currency. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused and look forward to redeeming ourselves in the near future.

I am terribly sorry for this inconvenience Mr. Morino. Unfortunately, our policy is set up so that it protects our clients, not just ourselves. We hope you were able to complete your collection of foreign banknotes.
