There were two points of confusion on your sales associate, Cynthia Zendejas part that caused me concern and more money. I asked for 300 Euros, but she thought I wanted to pay $300. I had to make a second call and correct the order amount. I asked if the money could be taken from my savings account and was told yes, but two days later I got a call from Cynthia saying the order could not go through from my savings account. Thus I had to order again and pay a shipping fee of $20 which I should be reimbursed since it was a mistake by your sales associate who said she could wave the shipping charge, but didn't.

Nice easy process for ordering Currency. I would recommend this company to anyone. It took about a week to get the currency I ordered but you can get it sooner if you want to pay more for expedited shipping.
