Hello Ms. Mary Ann, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry that your order did not get delivered in the time frame you had intended. Unfortunately, we are the mercy of our couriers to get our packages delivered. In regards to your minimal reimbursement, it doesn't look like very much, but that is only because that's all we charged you for two day delivery. We hope this experience will not deter you from ordering from us in the future. We strive to offer the best service and if we make a mistake, we hope a second opportunity is possible.

We're sorry we didn't have the currency when you needed it. We understand why you would expect us to have every currency on our website. Unfortunately, when wholesalers don't import the currency, we are limited to what is made available to us. With enough time, we have been able to gather the currency for other clients; however, that waiting period can be as long as two months. We hope to have the currency you need for your next trip.
