I made a genunie mistake of leaving my pursue at work without realising. I went into TESCO and explained. My brain has been like mush most days as my mum is terminally unwell and I'm exhausted. Anyway, Forecourt eye were awful with me. They were more focussed on ensuring admin fees were put on, and when I tried to explain they quickly shut me down. I asked to see these internal policies they use but they actually blocked me when I started asking questions. They should be investigated, end of story.

1 star is too generous. At the Bristol Shell station, I was wrongly charged £55.13 from pump 1, while my actual transaction was £22.43 at pump 2 — and I have clear bank proof. This isn’t a minor mistake, it’s a complete failure of their system. How do you even mix up pumps and charge customers random amounts? This is beyond careless and shows zero reliability. I have absolutely no trust in this station or their payment system anymore. Customers should NOT have to fight incorrect charges with proof in hand. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being overcharged and dealing with incompetent systems.

Absolutely disgusting. A 60 pound admin fee for a genuine mistake of not paying 15 pounds at the till of the petrol station I am a regular at because of my autistic son in the car having a meltdown and self harming and no chance whatsoever to challenge the amount nor to speak with anyone.

Shocking experience! For a company that won't accept rude behaviour they are pretty discusting on the phone. Horrible behaviour.

Incorrectly pursued me for a fuel drive-off based on wrong vehicle registration. Only corrected after challenge. No apology provided

Forecourt eye registered a claim against me for diesel at a Tesco station when I went in to buy a sandwich. I owned a petrol car at the time, they provided 'evidence' in the form of a photo of me at the till paying, a photo of a receipt for diesel where the anpr had failed to add the number and someone had handwritten my registration and another of my car parked by the air machine away from the pumps. Absolutely no interest from them that there might be a problem, they just wanted the money. I now avoid Tesco fuel stations unless I have no choice and encourage others to do the same as Tesco also had no interest in my complaint.

I have a letter claiming I drove off. I didn't but my card didn't go through either. I think this is a scam to get the £35 admin fee. I have paid the total but will ring Tesco also. I wonder how often this is happening to this particular garage, Dundee Riverside. I phoned Tesco Customer Services. Got my £35 back. No explanation.

My daughter went into a garage to pay for petrol, no goods. She paid & left. Then she received a letter stating she'd driven off! Photos from the garage showed she went to the till. Obviously she left and the card declined. Why they didn't notice in the shop I don't know? She received a letter saying she owed for driving off and was marked in other garages. I rang Forecourteye to explain but they didn't care. Obnoxious rude. Put the phone down on me. Indian company. Couldn't appeal. Disgusting. This happened to my daughter in another garage over a year ago and they looked into it and it was their fault and they apologised and took for the petrol. I personally think this is a scam! I am appalled and will take this further.
