Administration fees
Went to local garage and filled up.... only to realise i had left my wallet and phone in the leading convoy family car on way to the zoo..... had zero means of payment, after huge misunderstanding inside the garage regarding policy and payment etc i left with a non payment form, embarrassed and annoyed as my friends offered to pay and was told it was to late..... I got administration fees put on, and rightly so - however, i felt an injustice as this didn't need to happen as i hadn't left the forecourt and managed to get payment. A very kind lady by the name of Krystel was clear, friendly and understanding, extremely helpful.... she probably hates answering the phone due to the abuse she receives from motorists who've accidentally or purposefully not paid for their fuel and yet she answers anyway with a friendly voice so fair play to that woman and she's why i gave 5* Treat people how you want to be treated. Thanks again Krystel
