This company hound's you via email , Text or a letter saying your banned from forecourts until you pay them and when you do pay they don't even have the courtesy to inform you the bill has been paid and you can continue to use your fuel card forthwith firms like these should be outlawed for harassment

After owning a car for 8 months I can not get fuel. One month before I got the car someone did not pay for fuel. I rang them and they knew it was not me as the name did not match what they had. I have sent my log book pictures to them and I still can not get fuel. No help when you ring them at all.

I received a fine 3 month after the said incident not paying fuel at 14.10. I had paid on my fuel card so checked back. I paid at 14.03 so obviously the next vehicle didn't pay after me !? . This to me is a blatant way of trying to steal my money. How could they have possibly got this wrong?. Scandalous

I genuinely thought my card payment had gone through when I purchased fuel only to discover over a month later it hadn't I tried to contact forecourt eye as they whacked their "admin" charges on top and they didn't even have the curtesy to make any form of contact Nothing more than money grabbing thieves not interested in helping you to resolve the issue Wouldn't recommend the cowboys to anyone

Had exactly the same issues as everyone else, they sent me a letter 13 days from the date of an increase and that was the first i knew of it, cashier didn’t add petrol after i told her the pump and they billed me with no contact information for them, just demands and threats. They really are a scam company and should be exposed for there practices

Tesco Express cashier failed to include petrol with our other purchases. We were then “fined” by FE for the cashier’s oversight. They not have an appeals process and refuse to consider mitigation.

went to fill up, wouldnt activate pump, was told im a fuel theft suspect. im pretty sure on my actions. now dont use any pumps/staions that have these toys cameras
