Will claim you’ve stolen fuel without any evidence of that being the case. You’ll then dispute with evidence and hear nothing back whilst continuing to not be able to use petrol stations as a result of their incorrect claim. Lady I spoke to over the phone was lovely, but everything else has been shambolic.

Strange how couple of weeks or couple of days I went to put some fuel and never had an issue after that all my 3 cars which 1 of them never put fuel there been reported as no payment for fuel lol. Requesting v5 certificate to investigate while no giving any information etc. also asked if letters has been sent they said YES. However since 2025 they are saying is one conviction and one 2026 April for a vehicle I didn't owned during that time. Also photos are with vehicle parked when requested a face recognition from CCTV apparently they can't provide and never checked. Complete money laundering!!!

This was a Cashier error at a Tesco Garage I use regularly. Very angry I was not alerted at the time. Admin fee of £35 is unwarrented. Will be very careful buying fuel at a Tesco Garage again and will keep receipts.

Disgraceful company. Waltham Abbey Tesco Petrol cashier charged me for the wrong pump which was £25 cheaper than it should have been. I scanned my card without noticing the exact amount as was in a rush to leave. Plus the cashier barely spoke to me. Get a letter 1 month later demanding £65 for the fuel and £35 admin fee from Forecourt Eye. I call FE and speak to a Yorkshireman called Phil, who tells me I gave the wrong pump number to the cashier which was completely false. When I said I would never do this his response was patronising and he said well you did and accidents happen. Absolute joke of a company who do not care for any explanation, they are trained like bailiffs and act big on the end of the phone. When I said I’ll call back and hopefully speak to somebody more friendly, his response was: well you might get lucky, meaning not likely. Must be the culture there. This seems to be mostly people using Tesco petrol. Make sure you double check the amount the cashiers are charging you especially when you’re in a rush! Don’t give these filth a chance to fleece you of your money and treat you like a criminal, even though it’s likely the incompetence of the person working behind the till. Hopefully they go bust.

Received a letter from ForecourtEye stating I’d not paid for fuel at Tesco Bury St Edmunds. Having checked my bank statement I could see I’d been incorrectly charged for drinks and not for the fuel. Instead of contacting me direct Tesco use this company to recoup losses which in itself is fair enough of course, I’m sure it’s a frequent problem either because of human error or drive offs, but most annoyingly the letter was not received in time to pay the “admin fee” of £35 which would have been bad enough, and I had to pay an extortionate £60 as I missed the 14 day period by one day through no fault of my own. They do not send the letters in time, I assume to make more money, also 14 days is insufficient as it doesn’t take into account holidays etc., Tesco’s you can do better. I won’t be using them again.

Sadly this review like all the others is awful service, threatening letter and wrongly accused of withdrawing fuel and not paying, good job my wife kept the receipt. Down to us to sort with the garage which was on camara paying for the fuel. Why are these people still in business

Awful company never call back. My husband bought fuel as has done for past 40 years. He was pictured in shop as usual getting his paper paid cashier as he thought, walked out that was it. We then get a letter saying not paid we checked our bank statement said Tesco fuel £1.20 then nothing. I believe was cashier error or machine as even the paper charge not came out of our account. We are £80 lighter and can’t even discuss this

Went to local garage and filled up.... only to realise i had left my wallet and phone in the leading convoy family car on way to the zoo..... had zero means of payment, after huge misunderstanding inside the garage regarding policy and payment etc i left with a non payment form, embarrassed and annoyed as my friends offered to pay and was told it was to late..... I got administration fees put on, and rightly so - however, i felt an injustice as this didn't need to happen as i hadn't left the forecourt and managed to get payment. A very kind lady by the name of Krystel was clear, friendly and understanding, extremely helpful.... she probably hates answering the phone due to the abuse she receives from motorists who've accidentally or purposefully not paid for their fuel and yet she answers anyway with a friendly voice so fair play to that woman and she's why i gave 5* Treat people how you want to be treated.
