Would they be as aggressive and threatening face to face, I very much doubt it . Like all these type of companies , private parking etc they rely on threats . A disgusting way to operate. Do your research before you engage and gather as much evidence as you can. They have very little power until it gets to the court stage .

in their letters forecourse eye tell you that your registration number is on a database for unpaid fuel and you cannot draw fuel in the uk while you are on this database....THIS IS A LIE THEY USE TO GET YOU TO PAY UP AND I WAS TOLD THIS BY A TESCO FUEL STATION STAFF MEMBER and i,ve written this revue to reveal the truth about this shark company. THERE IS NO UNPAID FUEL DATABASE IT DOES NOT EXIST AND YOU CAN STILL DRAW FUEL FROM ANY PFS in the uk.

Clearly went in to Tesco and paid, they even admitted it. Looks like the cashier charged me for the wrong pump. Morons consistently tell me it’s on me, my mistake and I am now forced to pay admin fees they won’t explain. Apparently I’m blocked from using that station until I pay this made up charge.

Absolute robbing c@*nts, accused me of stealing £20 worth of petrol from my local garage, who is also a friend of my family. The forgot to charge ne for the petrol and that been confirmed by there cameras that I went to the kiosk. This company feels its acceptable to keep sending threatening letters demanding 120 off me, that will not be happening under no circumstances whatsoever!!!!! Speaking with my solicitors to see how I can get them done for false accusations......

Received a letter for a foreigners name at my address. appears a letter for an unpaid fuel purchase. incorrect name, photo of someone else's car and also of them at the kiosk desk. he's Asian and I'm not. spam/fraudulent request?? tried calling but they appear not to answer calls. I didn't want to stay on hold for more than 5 mins seeing as it wasn't me who caused the issue anyway. Sent the letter back to return address (po box). How they can get everything wrong is beyong me.

Honestly wouldn't even give 1 star t this scam company falsley accusing for fuel drive off whilst accusing on a date complete different to receipt date given in evidence Then when I called to query operator cut me off. What a terrible company this is bunch of dirty scammers
