Dear Kenya, Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns and share your experience with us. We understand that your journey with Foreclosure Academy did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely empathize with the challenges you've faced. Firstly, we want to express our gratitude for your dedication and hard work throughout the program. We've thoroughly reviewed your account, and we appreciate the efforts you put into following the program steps. Coach Charlie has been committed to assisting you, going above and beyond our standard offerings to support your success. We also acknowledge your frustrations and concerns regarding your experience with our sales process. We sincerely apologize if there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding. It's important to note that our refund policy is outlined in the membership agreement that all of our members must sign prior to becoming a student. Refunds are granted based on specific criteria, and unfortunately, we're unable to make exceptions beyond the agreed-upon terms. We genuinely regret any financial strain you may be experiencing and understand the disappointment of not seeing the expected results. Despite the challenges, we encourage you to leverage the knowledge and skills gained during your time with Foreclosure Academy. Many of our students have achieved remarkable success, and we believe in your potential to do the same. It's heartening to share that within less than three months, one of our students has successfully claimed over half a million dollars in overages for their clients. We hope this serves as inspiration and encouragement for you to persist in working the system and applying the strategies learned. We value your feedback, and we are continually working to improve our processes. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to [email protected]. Our team is here to assist you to the best of our ability. Wishing you strength and success in your future endeavors. Warm regards, Lesa Foreclosure Academy

Hello Rodney, We understand that your interaction did not meet the high standards of service we aim to uphold, and for that, we extend our sincere apologies. It is certainly not our intention for any valued customer to feel overlooked or inconvenienced. Upon reviewing the timeline of your refund request, we observed that our initial response to your Saturday, December 2nd email, was sent on Monday, December 4th, and based on your comments may not have reached you. We regret any miscommunication and acknowledge the frustration this may have caused. As part of our procedure, our team diligently awaits confirmation from clients before processing refunds, recognizing that decisions can sometimes change once our clients receive assistance and information from our team. We have a 30 day money back guarantee for all our courses, we stand behind this 100%, and as soon as we were aware that you were still wanting a refund we were happy to provide you with a prompt response by processing your refund and sending a confirmation email to you. Regarding the concern about a potential double charge, we investigated the matter thoroughly. Our payment gateway records indicate only one successful transaction, preceded by a failed payment with a 'fraudulent card' error message. We have emailed you the transaction error and failed receipt for your records, and we hope that helps clear up your concern that we had attempted to charge you twice for the product. We hope this additional information provides clarity on the situation, and we sincerely regret any confusion or inconvenience you may have experienced. Should you have further questions or require additional assistance, our dedicated Client Operations Specialist team is at your disposal. You can reach out to us via email at [email protected] or by phone at 202-740-9591, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Thank you for affording us the opportunity to rectify this situation, and we genuinely wish you the very best in all your future endeavors. Sincerely, Lesa Foreclosure Academy

Hello Donna, Thank you for sharing your concerns, we genuinely appreciate the opportunity to address your observations and provide further clarity. We understand your question about the age of the checks featured in the Foreclosure Academy video, and we acknowledge that your inquiry reflects a commitment to making informed decisions. The checks showcased indeed date back several years, and our team is actively working on updating our content with recent checks and success stories to provide the most accurate representation of our students' achievements. Obtaining authorization is a crucial step in this process, ensuring that we respect the privacy of our students while sharing their success responsibly. This is an ongoing project initiated this year, not over the last 5 to 8 years. In response to your comment about the pandemic, while it has been officially declared over, its lasting impact on the economy continues. The aftermath has contributed to an increase in foreclosures, creating opportunities for our students to assist those in need, which is why we feel that there is still relevance to mentioning the pandemic. We also wanted to kindly highlight that, in our response to your email, we had the pleasure of sharing some recent success stories and screenshots of students successfully closing deals. This was meant to offer you a more current perspective on the remarkable achievements within our community. Furthermore, we included the websites of a few accomplished students who have not only established their businesses but continue to thrive, showcasing the sustained success our program can foster. We appreciate your vigilance in seeking accurate and timely information. If you have further questions or if there's anything specific you would like to discuss, please feel free to reach out to [email protected], or call our customer service line at 202-740-9591 Mon to Fri from 9:00am to 5:00pm, where our Client Operations Specialists will be more than happy to assist. Dear Michele, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your feedback and would like to take this opportunity to respond to your comments and concerns expressed here that reflected your journey with one of our competitors programs. At Foreclosure Academy we do not sell our courses as a ‘get rich quick’ scheme. We let our customers know that if they follow our system and reach out to us if they get stuck, our system does work, but we are transparent that they need to expect to do the work, have dedication and perseverance to reach their goals. We have never claimed that it’s a 3 step process, or that one will get quick and easy success. Many of our coaches were once our students, and they all have gone on to build successful businesses in the foreclosure overages industry, helping countless people, all by following our system we teach! You are correct that there are time limits to claim the overages, each state has its own statute of limitations and we teach all about this in our modules. We also teach our students how to source the overages and leads, using the very methods our coaches use in their successful businesses, and the methods our lead sourcing team uses to provide our Fast Track coaching students with over 5000 new leads every month. Homes being sold at auction because of a foreclosure are usually a good deal compared to the market value of the home, but that doesn’t come into play when determining the overage. The starting bid price of a home is usually set at what is owned on the debt, whether it is a tax or mortgage debt, and the difference between that starting bid and the winning bid sets the overage. The overage is not determined by market value compared to the winning bid, so just because a home sold for below market value does not mean that there is no overage available to claim. We hope this information helps clear up your concerns. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to our team at [email protected] or call 202-740-9591 Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Best regards, Lesa Foreclosure Academy
