What surprised me most was how unpushy the purchase felt. I bought the program when i felt ready and that made the decision feel solid instead of rushed. At least the coaches were knowledegable and know what they're talking about.

After watching the videos and reading the good, the ugly, the bad reviews ... I'm excited to get started. But I am wondering if there are any Canadians who have succeeded using this program, as I live and work in Canada and am going to launch this as my side hustle to help owners get back their money!

In Canada, foreclosure surplus recovery is less publicized than in the U.S., but there are Canadians who have successfully reclaimed surplus funds, usually by working directly with provincial courts or through unclaimed property offices. While you won’t find as many flashy testimonials as in U.S. programs, the process exists here, and some recovery specialists have adapted U.S. training to Canadian provincial law.

I do have a follow up update to my review submitted a few days prior. I want to acknowledge that a team of FA staff have personally reached out to me to correct a technical issue through migrating and incorporating data into a smart list which helps immensely because it is the information I need. Michelle, the customer acquisition manager, served as the liaison go- between for support overall. Myka and Joan assisted with the technical components. Adjustments were incorporated that had to be made, in order to make my device program- compliant with information much-needed. It did make me feel respected and valued. I also felt that my concerns were validated, addressed and software recalibrated. With that said, I publicly thank Michelle, Myka and Joan in this review. They were professional, benevolent, receptive, prudent and pragmatic. That resonated with me in a positive way. I erred with my texting activity and now I know what to do and more importantly what not to do. That’s my culpability. This is my review.

Currently having issues with logging into the program(s) any assistance is appreciated.
Update, I hope this saves,
I was very much surprised that I received a call back on this issue. It was a very professional POC that help me with my issue. I wish I can remember his name, but we did have a chat about my dog, a Rottweiler. I believe he has a Golden Retriever?
Thank you for all your help !

Great Support
There is a lot of support for students as promised and the coaches are VERY patient.
The Leadership Mindset is a crucial piece to the training because it deals with personal and private hangups that keep us from succeeding. It helps us identify the fears that keep us back and also useful tools to see and face them with a new perspective.
I gave it a 4 because I believe that the expectation to close a deal within the time frame given at enrollment is unrealistic. Just because a handful may have closed within that time frame, it is not the norm. It puts undue stress and a sense of failure for not reaching that preset goal.

The coaches are awesome
Once you learn the system, it’s great. It takes a lot longer to learn the system than you think, but the coaches are awesome.

This company probably does suck, and the process extremely tedious. Don't give up.
I read the reviews and they are definitely interesting. However! I believe its the company itself that sucks LOL I have been in this arena for quite sometime 1999 initially just dibble dabbling. Had no clue and no success. So I did as the other fella said. "Tapped Out" But, I got back into it on my own (which you can do BTW) Just has a lot of paperwork and the first few months require some grinding to get the correct documents and state laws. Personally, if I had to do it over again I would have simply dropped money into one of these stupid programs to get the system and forms/contracts. THE FORMS AND CONTRACTS ARE THE MONEY MAKERS. Figuring out the system as well. If you have an entrepreneur's drive, (and programs like this one hopes you don't. LOL Unfortunately) You can get your money back on one deal. With that said if you've already spent your money. Don't let the screwed up customer service and failed attempts discourage you. THIS IS A VERY LUCRATIVE ARENA. If you get at minimum the forms and the system. The leads don't need to be purchased a trip to any county court record for foreclosures as well as realtors office is sufficient. Get your feet wet with those. My first hurdle! I wasn't verifiable as a legit business. I got a lot of. "Who the heck are you" "Why should I trust you" "Why do I need you" So on and so forth! You need a legit web presence a legit business number. It will be worth its weight in gold.
Took me 19k and 7 months to make my first 40k not having a freaking clue. 2nd deal 29 days 15k (No additional money spent) It eventually gets to the "(I can do it in my sleep" stage. Bcs you hire VA's hmmmmm
