I've ordered recycling bags from For Days without issue prior to my last interaction, so I'll put an extra star for that. I ordered 4 recycling bags back in September, and waited a few weeks without any shipping updates. I reached out to support and waited a few days, never got a response back. Still no shipping updates after almost three weeks. I had to file a charge dispute with Paypal before they FINALLY shipped my things, and of course they forgot the shipping labels. Absolutely unacceptable, I shouldn't have to file disputes to get my things.

Really poor communication. I sent an email to return a product, and they never got back to me. When they did, they said the item was ineligible because it was a final sale, but no where was that stated. I had to go through my bank to dispute the charge because their customer service is so poor. Stay away!

I placed an order a month ago. There was no update after a week, so I reached out to their customer service department. Their email response was that I would receive a response in 1-2 business days. This never happened, so after another week, with follow up emails, I reached out via Instagram and was told they would follow up. That was two weeks ago. I still have no confirmation of shipment or even any update, despite them taking my money. This is a scam, and I feel so ridiculous for falling for it.

The bad: I didn't get the thing I paid for. Ordered a Take Back Bag, an empty mailer that you fill with unusable textiles to be recycled. Estimated ship time was 10-15 days. That feels pretty long when you're used to free 2-day shipping ... but I was willing to be patient. After 20 days with no shipping update, I contacted support (you can only do this via email, with an auto-reply telling you to expect a reply in 1-2 business days). They got back to me at the end of the 2 days and told me the bags were backordered (not stated on the site or during checkout) and would ship "by the end of next week," or about 27 business days after purchase. If you're looking to shop here for sustainability reasons (as I was), you might know the Take Bag Bag is a major part of For Days' marketing and business model -- they say their products are sustainable because For Days will take them back and recycle them. The company doesn't share much about actual material sourcing or the specific impact of its manufacturing and recycling. Most of its environmentalist claims are based on this bag ... which they weren't able to sell me. The good: Customer service did reply within its self-set deadline (1-2 days) and, after I threatened to request a chargeback on my card, promptly canceled my order and refunded my money. No issues once I got hold of a rep.

Don't do it. I tried the $20 bag and even contacting customer service did not make a difference.

I was really excited to be able to support a sustainable brand I had been following for a while because they were having an $8 sale for memorial day. When I first went to check out the cheapest shipping they had was TWENTY DOLLARS. I dmed them on instagram asking about it and they told me they had $7 shipping, so obviously there was some kind of error there because it shouldn't cost $20 to ship clothes from California to Arizona. I ended up just adding a few more things to my cart to get the free shipping. A full week went by without any updates on my order then I get an email saying that they didn't have two of the items I ordered. I emailed back asking why it took them so long to figure that out and if something was out of stock why would I even be able to order it in the first place. It's been four days and they haven't responded yet and I just got an email saying that ONE item out of the six (I originally ordered eight things) shipped. If they really claim to care about the environment why would they be shipping my stuff separate like that. Now I'm wondering how many packages I'm going to end up getting in the mail and how long it's even going to take, it's been almost two weeks since I ordered and only one item supposedly shipped. I'm so bummed out that a brand I thought was cool and sustainable has been this much of a disaster.

Customer service is the worst. I am suppose to have closet cash and accidentally ordered because there website sucks! I tried to stop order which was to no prevail, bank account now in negative. Customer support on thru email and after it already shipped 2 days later I get a message oh we shipped already. You can return once you get it. The rompers are great BUT DEF GREENWASHING HERE! They put each clothes item in a plastic bag and ship it to you in all plastic. Leaving the consumer to recycle which we all no really does with soft plastic. Complete SCAM as a eco company to buy from and customer service is no good. Bought on two occasions, will no longer buy from this company because of the bad experience and lies to be sustainable.
