I’ve done the take back bag about 3-4 times now. I haven’t purchased anything for the most part; I miss the For Days brand. I feel like it was more affordable and I enjoyed the quality. However, I decided to use some of my trashie cash. I purchased a set from Harvest and Mill. While their customer service was less than ideal, Laarnie with For Days was really great at helping get my order exchanged and redelivered.

I love this company. All of their products are of the highest standard. The only reason why I’m giving a 4/5 stars is because the website could use some updating. I have seen glitches or errors happen. As well as some products don’t even have a size chart. Other than those, which are easy problems, I would recommend this company to anyone!

Following up my earlier very negative review. After many email communications with Amanda and Lakeitha (both of these women were attentive to my concerns and were never rattled by my frustration.) All my issues have been resolved; Trashie Cash was applied to most of the order and one item was returned for a full refund. All funds are credited to my credit card and this saga is over. Thank you Lakeitha and Amanda. Four stars because I will not purchase any more bags and recycle my clothing locally.

I ordered two of the same item, but only one was sent. I reached out to ForDays and they worked to make sure the other part of my order was sent to me.

Due to a post office error, my order never made it to my address. I submitted a customer support ticket with photos of a random order that had my shipping label, and Pilar was immediately helpful in resolving the issue. They created a new order with my missing products and their communication was clear and prompt. I love the intention of the Take Back Bag and it's such an easy process to order bags, fill them, and ship them back. It feels great donating textiles I wouldn't be able to donate elsewhere! The only reason I'm giving 4-stars instead of 5 is because of the new limit of being able to redeem only $20 per order. I understand their reasoning, and their customer announcements/emails were very clear, but I now feel like I'm paying to recycle used textiles.

Pilar was very helpful when I had an issue with the QR codes on my bags. The answer wasn't immediately clear, but she stuck with me to figure out why the issue was happening. We worked together to resolve the issue and I got the shipping labels printed and the bags sent off.

I have only purchased one pair of sweatpants from this brand, so I cannot speak to the quality of all the clothes, but the sweatpants pilled worse than regular cheap pants, and these were not cheap. They're made of recycled material but they pilled, and when you try to pull the pilled "fabric" off, it comes off and leaves little strings kind of like hot clue. The chafing on the thighs of the sweatpants wore a hole in less than a month of use. Clothes are very expensive. I appreciate the take back bag program and would not have purchased any clothes if I did not have the store credit because they're simply too expensive. Customer service was responsive to an issue I had, but unable to resolve the problem.
