Just received my product, it had arrived in good time less than weeks delivering to the UK so it’s too early to say if it will work however, I got the bundle (which includes 1 ForLash serum and 1 ForBrow serum) the packaging is pretty that’s all the good I can say for now but when I opened the box for the “ForLash” serum, the tube was damaged with scratches and what looks like old glue(?) which is very disappointing makes me sceptical about whether they gave me a used one. Will update on whether there’s any growth.

I ordered on December 28th, got an email on December 30th that my package had been sent. I followed the tracking every day, and my package was not delivered to the carrier until January 9th. I sent 6 emails to this company and never got any response or anything regarding this issue. Very disappointed in this company, their customer service, and how things are ran.

I placed an order in September 2019 and no delivery until this date January 2019. I have sent several emails about my order been returned back from the tracking information I saw online and no one is responding to my emails. Instead, I keep getting notifications of product discounts which at this point I am certainly not interested in. I think I have been patient enough. In fact, I have unsubscribed. In the past, I have had 2 purchases that were successful and planned to keep buying products from this brand and even told my friends about the brand, but with this attitude, I am certainly not a customer anymore and I will tell everyone around me not to purchase anything from you guys. I want a refund for the order I placed which was not delivered or a voucher equivalent to place another order, until then before you can convince me to ever buy anything from you guys or refer you to others. I got my first tube of ForChics eye lash growth serum back in September and my lashes have grown so long! Definitely reordering!

I would not recommend this product. The morning after the first application I woke up with extremely red, itchy, sore and puffy eyelids. Day two they started to blister! Terrible and probably full of chemicals you should not be applying on your eyelids.

I’ve used about 5 different eyelash serums and some didn’t work at all and one other worked slightly. Then I tried ForChics eyelash serum. Within two weeks my lashes were noticeably longer. Within a month, my lashes became so long my bff said they looked like spider legs and my lashes hit my glasses. It’s been more than a year now I’ve been using the product. My eyelashes have never been this amazing. I use the product faithfully, daily.

This is by far the best lash growth serum I've ever used. Ive used prescription lash serums at 100 bucks a pop and forchics blows it out of the water. I wore lash extensions for about 8 years and they completely ruined my natural lashes, to the point that they stopped growing on a certain part of my eyelid. I used forchics at night before bed and after a month I noticed a huge difference. My eyelashes not only grew back in that one area but they are so long and thick. When i wear mascara everyone always asks if they're real. Which is a huge compliment considering I had barley any! I am and will be a repeat customer!
