I have been waiting for over two weeks and no confirmation if my order has been shipped or not I got an email saying it will ship soon but still nothing. I have also messaged on Facebook and no reply. I paid almost 90$ for my order and I would either like my order sent or my money back. Two weeks is outrageous.

I have used the Liaison products purchased from a different company and thought they worked well. So the one star review is for the fact that I'm still waiting on product and I've yet to receive any response after two inquiries.

I ordered lash serum and lip masks. Lash serum arrived rather timely, but they said lip masks were on backorder. Fine. A month later, and several unanswered messages, still lacking the rest of my order. I asked for refund on the items not received. No responses to any messages and no other contact option. The reason I gave two stars instead of one... my lashes are actually growing and improving. I still will never buy from them again and strongly discourage anyone else to. Its a borderline scam.

Love this stuff! I have eyebrows coming in at only 4 weeks. Can’t wait to see 8 weeks. My eyebrows are also coming in darker. This stuff is magic! I was very skeptical and am so pleased with the results! Would definitely recommend and have already to friends and family.

This company does not honor it's 100% Satisfaction Gauranteed policy. Their customer service is terrible. Do NOT purchase from them.

This company is a joke and their product is useless. All these 5 stars must be fake accounts...please do not trust this company or basically any of those scam ads you see on Facebook!!

This brand is such a scam. I also waited for my products for a long time. First they sent me a shipping notification but the tracking info was 'pre-shipment' status for 2 weeks. They blamed USPS for it but I know it was just not shipped. They kept saying it was shipped and blaming USPS, which I think is almost childish. I complained and told them I would contact my bank to dispute the charge and they finally shipped it out within the next few days. I think they just don't have enough supply but keep the website going thinking they can catch up somehow. So I finally got the items - SUCH LOW QUALITY, I was surprised. I got Forlash & Forbrow, they are no different from other brands out there. I decided to get this because I was allergic to other brands. But Forchics still gave me itchy eyes and skin. Packaing & insturction paper are very cheap as well.

I will never buy again, expensive but the quality suck, make me afraid to use the product. Look fake and cheap. The products from China and Laos, I believe will cost only $1 to $3 instead $50+
