(Because YOU are busy deleting bad revs rather than replying to customers' enquiries). YOU are based in LA, Ca. BUT you never indicate (website, Ig, FB) that YOUR WAREHOUSE is in SHANGZOU, China. YOUR LOGISTICS TEAM SUCKS. MULES ARE EVEN FASTER THAN 4PX COURIER (your chosen courier which is based in China). The tracking site seems suspicious (hard to trace activity and no movement for days) and looks obsolete (cheapskate courier's IT team is still stuck in the 90s). (I have to translate the Chinese and Russian words to English to know what's going on with my order). Keep on defending your company.(That's your job). Keep on SCAMMING PEOPLE! YOU are going down.

I absolutely love this product. Before I started using it I had pencil eyebrows very very tiny eyelashes. One day I came across this website from Instagram, and I thought it was a gimmick at first! so I was like whatever I'll give it a try. And let me tell you this works it I bought 6 bottles 3 for the eyebrows and 3 for the eyelashes. I've only used a half a bottle and I have bushy eyebrows and I have long lashes. Like I said best product in the world thank you forchics for making an amazing product five stars all the way

Been using the brow serum for about 2 months now and it has definitely made me a believer for sure. My super blonde, sad, thin brows are now fuller, thicker, and darker than before. Not gonna lie I was super scared this was going to melt my brows off 😅 but quarantine makes people do crazy things. Glad this one worked out in my favor ❤

Well after 3 months I've finally received product on August 3rd and I'm excited to try it out on my brows! Original post: Very disappointed! Ordered and credit charged immediately on April 17th and here I am on July 16th and still no product despite numerous emails and promises. Shipping notifications are not updated. Repeated requests for me to keep waiting are now falling on deaf ears!

When I received my package and it was damaged, I was disappointed and decided to send an email explaining the problem. I didn't expect a reply, but they replied with a positive approach, taking responsibility for the problem and sent me another bottle. They handled the situation beautifully. I will remain their customer.

Saw visible results for both my lashes and eyebrows. I wish the container the serum comes with can be see through so that I can easily see the amount of serum left. Applicators are easy to use and it does not sting my eye

I didn't think it was going to work but my eyebrows and eyelashes are actually growing im so surprised because im not even consistent lol. I will keep buying.

I love it! My brows were patchy and thin from over plucking. I saw this, checked out the reviews and since it was affordable and guaranteed I decided to try it. It really worked!! When I ordered my 2nd tube, I ordered the bundle kit and got the lash one and tried that and that worked too!! My lashes almost look like falsies now!
