I ordered ONE product ONE time and now they just keep resending it every...single...month and of course charging me for it. I have written them (they offer NO phone number for customer service) multiple times and they must be deaf and dumb. No response, no nothing. And they just keep sending me this product and charging for it. They should be put out of business for their practices and deviant methods!

Everyone, stay alert! Don't fall for those online beauty influencer ads! I was initially drawn in by the hype around ForChics eyelash growth serum—promising thick, long lashes in just a few weeks and saving you the cost of lash extensions. As someone with naturally short lashes, I instantly fell for it and placed an order. But what happened? Absolutely no results! None at all. After diligently using it for months, my lashes remained as short, sparse, and thin as ever. Every morning when I looked in the mirror, I wondered if I was just applying loneliness. The only thing it did was slightly increase moisture around my eyes—haha. If it had simply been ineffective, I could've accepted it and learned from the experience. But what really infuriated me was their sneaky tactics! A while after my purchase, I suddenly received a payment notification along with another package. Inside? It was the same useless serum again! Upon checking, I discovered they had secretly enrolled me into a "recurring delivery list" (subscription service) during checkout—completely hidden and without my consent! I was shocked. This is pure forced salesmanship! Lash length: unchanged 📉 Money loss speed: faster than light 💸 Canceling the subscription required endless hassle contacting customer service—truly exhausting. Brands that profit from ineffective products and deceptive subscription traps like this deserve to be avoided entirely. Everyone, be cautious—always double-check before checkout to make sure nothing's been auto-selected!

IT'S A SCAM. Placing an order you actually subscribe for your order to be repeated. I read that it has happened to other people, too. When I saw they are preparing a new order for me, I immediately wrote them. Even though "my order" (I didn't order it, though) was not packed and not sent out, THEY REFUSE TO REFUND! They say their system doesn't enable refunding! That is impossible.

I use the mascara. Made a difference. I have new growth in my lashes after thinking- Im older this is how it is now. The bottle could have lasted longer is my only issue.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! when you order, you do not realize you're signing up for a subscription. They send it to you every couple of months and make it impossible for you to cancel your subscription!!!!!!!

I almost give up after 2 months or so, as I did not see noticeable results. I used it sporadically thereafter. Now , roughly 16 weeks and the results are impressive. Need to be patient. So much so that I ordered 2 more.

I'm not fabricating this in any way when I tell you that I've searched my whole life for a mascara that makes my lashes look better than ever and I'm 58. I will never buy another mascara other than forchics. Hands down the best I've tried yet!
