Garbage company. never received order customer service worthless

I have made many purchases from here and it is a great company to deal with.

Ich warte schon 2 Monate auf meine Rückerstattung.Keine Antwort auf Mails man bekommt auch nur so nen Ticket zu gesendet welches man ausfüllen soll und wieder abschickt.Keine Reaktion von der Truppe.Retoure kostet übrigens 14€ welche man extra zahlen muss.Frechheit. Ich werde da im neuen Jahr Anzeige erstatten.

Ordered stadium whiskey bottle. Took money but never received item. Company stated that it shipped but never supplied tracking number.

If I could give a NEGATIVE STAR I would! fanaticsfootballs.com Ordered a custom blanket for my son for Christmas of his college football stadium. When he opened the package it was the wrong stadium. I immediately emailed customer service with the issue. Initially I was told by a specific individual they don't take returns of customized items - seriously? - this was THEIR mistake. I then responded with an email clearly identifying the stadium I received and the stadium I had ordered, including pictures of the blanket I got and my order summary. The same individual responded and asked if I could send them a picture of what I received and mark it up with what was wrong! Are you kidding me??? I resent pictures and then I got a generic email saying they will respond within 48 hours because they have so many emails - I bet they do, they can't get an order correct! Company is horrible, they don't care at all about the customer, they just want your money without fulfilling their obligation. In essence they are stealing money from customers because they won't correct the errors THEY MADE! I will be filing a small claims lawsuit against this terrible company - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They seem to be trading on the "Fanatics" company that is legitimate and stands behind their products and responds to customer issues. Really wish I would have read some reviews before I ordered then I wouldn't be out about $60, thank god it wasn't more!

Erst wurde die Bestellung storniert, auf Rückfragen wurde dann eine Zusendung des Artikels garantiert, eine ,,kleine Überraschung" sollte dem Paket hinzugefügt werden. Es folgte eine neue Bestellbestätigung und erstmal wirkte alles positiv... Das angekündigte Paket fand laut Tracking seinen Weg dann nach Machelen, dann war es plötzlich in Jönköping...Von dort aus bewegte es sich 14 Tage nicht und schließlich erhielten wir die Information, dass das Paket wieder an den Empfänger zurück ging... Sehr schade, scheint nicht seriös zu sein.

Ich habe mir zum Black Friday ein Seahawks Trikot von Jaxon Smith-Njigba bestellt, da es zu der Zeit 40% Rabatt gab. Beim auspacken habe ich festgestellt, dass der Brustflock, also die Nummer 11 in dem Fall, schräg bedruckt ist. Als ich dies im Hilfecenter angegeben habe, wurde mir angeboten das Trikot zu retournieren und mir den Preis zu erstatten. Statt einem Preisnachlass oder einem 1:1 tausch gegen ein neues, Qualitativ angemessenes Trikot, was man bei dem horrendem Preis ja wohl erwarten darf, müsste ich mir dann ein neues Trikot bestellen. Der Haken daran ist, dass der Sale natürlich nicht mehr aktuell ist/war und ich also statt knapp 90€ dann wieder 130€ bezahlen müsste. Als ich erwähnte, dass ich das Trikot nur gekauft habe weil es im Sale war, wurde mir ein 20% Rabattcode angeboten womit ich jedoch immer noch 15-20€ über dem ursprünglich gezahltem Preis liegen würde. Wenn es nicht mein erstes Trikot wäre, worauf ich mich schon ewig freue, hätte ich es zurückgeschickt. So habe ich es jetzt behalten und werde diesen Shop zukünftig jedoch umgehen, egal was es für Angebote geben wird. Zumal die Kontaktaufnahme leider ein Krampf ist, da der Chat eine Ewigkeit dauert und vorher alle möglichen Daten von einem verlangt werden, u.a. meine Telefonnummer?!? Ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!
