I purchased an item on fanatics.com in November, 2017. I was unhappy with the product so I generated a return. I returned the item just two days after the purchase. I received the refund (minus the $4.99 shipping charge, minus $5.50 processing fee) more than six months after the purchase. Very poor customer service.

I have used the web site "Fanatics" quite a lot & have been very satisfied with the service & quality. However, I placed an order with a site called "True Fanatics" on 1/5/18. It is now 3/8/18 &, in spite of my sending them 4 e-mails, I haven't heard a word from them. They did however, charge my account. So they have the money & I have nothing!!! Please beware

Nicht nur, dass man bei Fanatics in Manchester scheinbar Personal einsetzt, dass, nennen wir es „fehleranfällig“ ist, nein, es gibt auch danach einfach keine Antwort mehr! Ergebnis: Geld weg, Ware nie erhalten, niemand, der sich darum kümmert/ auf Mails antwortet .. das macht den Onlinekauf zum Erlebnis. Ich kann nur davon abraten mit diesem Unternehmen in eine Vertragsbeziehung zu treten. Leider kann das schnell und v.a. gänzlich unbeabsichtigt passieren, weil dieses Unternehmen scheinbar für das whoiswho der europä. Fussball-Spitzenclubs die Trikots versendet .. Ich bestelle ein Trikot im Online-Shop von Fussballclub XY und werde schon weitergeroutet an Fanatics, die den Versand erledigen oder halt nicht, wie leider bei mir. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen, Fehler passieren überall, es ist nur die Frage, wie damit umgegangen wird. Bei Fanatics ist es scheinbar eine Vogelstrausstaktik - Also bitte: Vorsicht!

Tout s'est bien passé ! Commande effectuée le 10 décembre, reçue le 23. J'angoissais un peu, vu les commentaires peu élogieux concernant Fanatics sur Trustpilot, et vu que le siège social est en Angleterre. Mais le colis est arrivé en parfait état, le vêtement bien emballé avec la bonne taille. Le guide des tailles m'a permis de confirmer qu'elles sont américaines (donc elles taillent grand), et ainsi de ne pas faire d'erreur. Je n'hésiterai pas à commander un autre article sur ce site....

Dec 4: ordered UCF Peach Bowl Tshirt Dec 19: received Tshirt - wrong size Dec 19: Fanatics CS said they would overnight correct size Dec 21: Tshirt shipped land - NOT overnight - will receive Dec 30, while I'm in Atlanta for the game Dec 21: called CS; blah, blah, blah Dec 21: ordered same Tshirt through UCF Bookstore Dec 21: UCF shipped Tshirt land Dec 23: received Tshirt from UCF Bookstore it took UCF bookstore 2 days and they got it right, 12/23 its been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for the Tshirt from Fanatics - which it'll take a month. btw: this was the second time I used Fanatics, a few months ago Fanatics lost my order my experience ... you decide

Worst customer service I ever had. They are just taking more than 2 weeks to issue a refund of just 30 bucks and the email back and forth is still going on. Hope I don't shop with these guys again.

I ordered from them a couple years ago. Today I was reminded why I don't use them. I placed an order for 4 shirts. There is nothing custom on the shirts. I ordered my items on Sunday 8/20. My order just shipped today and states delivery by next Friday 9/1. 2 weeks for your order. Too long in my opinion. Other companies such as Lids, Eastbay, Bookie, etc. ship the next day and you have your order in a week.
