Folsom BikeReviews of folsombike.com

The Folsom Bike team is great! They are friendly, helpful, patient and well-informed. And they carry and service quality inventory at reasonable prices. I never hesitate to refer friends to FB - I have confidence in how they'll be treated there...

Would of gave 5stars, but dropped my fork off to replace the lowers, was shock( but ok-knowing that the shop was backed up on work orders) with the 5day turn around. So I rolled in on the day I was told it was going to be done at 4:30pm and was told the it was next in lin. So I headed home and when I reached my driveway, I received a phone call telling my parts where ready for pick up. This is after I drove for an hour to get home.

The Guys were experts and extremely helpfull

I rented a Giant Trance. Great service and equipment. There were efficient in both setting me up and returning the rental. I Highly recommend this location.

Service was great once I was actually acknowledged... walked around a bit before someone said hello to me.

Needed a overhaul on my Felt bike after 13,000 miles. Since I bought my bike there, decided to have them do the service. I had an 80 mile ride coming up in 2 days. They fit me in and did the service in 24 hours and I made the ride. My bike is running smoothly and I am a happy customer.

Keith was, as usual, awesome and professional. He really knows what he is doing! Very patient with our questions, and all around a great representation of the store. Thanks Keith! Mark and Debbie Pitcher

Great friendly service
