Folsom Bike is awesome! They really know their product and they have the best service in town! When talking to these guys they don't just memorize the product spec sheet and regurgitate it back to you. They know what they sell IN DEPTH! They know what it is used for, how to set it up, how to keep it operating smoothly, how to service it, and they have great prices. This is the best shop in town.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a Wahoo Kickr trainer after riding the demo unit in store. Highly recommended.

I have enjoyed working with the folsom bike staff over the past few months. I have two concerns. I brought my bike in for service. The bike was clean. When I picked it up it was very dirty. The tires were covered in a grey dust. I took it home and spent 1/2 hour cleaning it. My second, and main concern is that I bought a bosh ebike from Folsom bike. While in Reno I had some electrical problems. I made some phone calls to Reno Trek dealers who had no idea of what to do with the ebike. They referred me to College Cyclery who has a bosh certified technician. He ran a test on the system and installed an upgrade and gave me a 4 PAGE PRINTOUT on the results and determined I had a problem with the + - power switch but, since they were not a trek dealer they would charge me $90hr to complete the repair. I had already paid $40 for the bosh test. When I returned to el dorado hills I brought the bike to your store and had the power switch replaced. I AM VERY CONCERNED THAT I BOUGHT A BIKE FROM FOLSOM AND NON OF YOUR TECHS HAVE BEEN TRAINED ON THE BOSCH SYSTEM.

Folsom Bike, and Travis especially, were fantastic to work with on my new bike purchase. After describing my biking style, Travis suggested a few different bikes to try, and helped me choose the features I wanted in a no-pressure, no-worries environment. When the bike came in, the team adjusted it exactly to my liking, even re-wrapping the handlebars to set the brake levers exactly as I wanted them. Travis reviewed and re-reviewed new features with me and I love my new beautiful bike!
