Folsom BikeReviews of folsombike.com

Awesome Folsom Bike and Giant Liv held this demo day , the bikes are so awesome ! From our 14 yr. old Kona Dawg and Trek WSD Fuel

Very good service.

Everyone at Folsom lake bike was very professional knowledgeable and great to work with it was a great experience !!!!!

Hands down the best bike shop in town. Excellent service every time I’m in!

Adamen was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us as we tried out a number of bikes and found the right ones to fit our needs. All staff at the store were great, and the store had everything we were looking for!

At the El Dorado Hills store, I was shown several bikes for my son. The one we liked the best was slightly too expensive. After reviewing the website, we ordered the step down version that they didn’t carry in the store. This entire process was excellent. No pressure to buy what was on hand and plenty of time spent showing options and explaining the differences on the various models. Bike arrived early. We were called promptly when it was in the store and the bike was all set up when we came to pick up. Nominal discount on accessories that was only good on the day of purchase was a touch irksome but all else was excellent.

Very good customer service. Would recommend Folsom Bike to family and friends.

Travis was great to deal with. I appreciated the advice on sizing and set-up. They also let me test ride the bikes I wanted to try with no pressure to buy.
