Ordering was easy and the site was straightforward. Took about a week to arrive which was fine. Haven't used it long enough to comment much on results yet.

Hi Kevin, Thank you for your review, and we’re very sorry for the delay and frustration. We have located your order #FCAD18347 and checked tracking number 822007426092906493. The shipment is currently still in transit and has already reached Richmond, Canada, where it was scanned by the carrier. We apologize that the delivery has taken longer than expected and also for the lack of communication. We will continue monitoring the shipment, and if there are any further issues, our team will be happy to assist you directly. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to resolve this. - The FOLIGAIN Team

No delivery, no shipping updates, and no customer support. I placed order #FNZ4153 on 20 September, expecting delivery within the advertised 7–10 working days. I was running low on minoxidil and needed a quick replacement, which is why I chose to order from Foligain. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The order status on their website is still stuck at “We’re preparing these items for shipping”, while the Shop app tracking shows “Waiting for details”. I’ve sent multiple emails to customer support with no response. The only replies I’ve received have been automated, AI-generated messages through Facebook Messenger, with no actual assistance or meaningful updates. It’s frustrating to have no idea when the order will be shipped or delivered, especially when the advertised delivery timeframe was a major reason for placing the order in the first place. Poor communication, no transparency, and extremely disappointing customer service.

Thank you for your review, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and lack of communication. We have reviewed order #FNZ4153 and can confirm that your shipment is now in transit. The tracking number is 822007427295922849, and the latest update shows that the package has reached the international carrier and is continuing toward New Zealand. We understand that the initial lack of tracking movement was concerning, especially given the expected delivery timeframe. As an apology for the inconvenience and delay, we have refunded 50% of your order. Please continue to monitor the tracking, and if you need any further assistance, contact us at [email protected]. We’ll be happy to help. - The FOLIGAIN Team
