Delivered when expected. Ordered the same camera from another company and it was never delivered. Very frustrating when it is a gift for your granddaughter as a very special gift. I would recommend this service to everyone. Thank you

I received the order in a timely manner and without any issues. However, the product I purchased is a Christmas gift, so I don’t know the quality of the product at this time. The reviews by other consumers helped me in making my decision on what product to buy.

Glad that everything came as expected and that other reviews were of assistance. Merry Christmas.

This place is a nightmare my order is 2 weeks overdue. Finally got a hold of the shipper. I purchased from Walmart.com. Wrong shipping info was provided on the website. Emails to focus went unanswered. Buyer beware

Hell Paul, I am so sorry that you have had such a horrible time with our customer service. I explained to you that there was an error on the estimated shipped date on Walmart and that has since been updated. I apologize for that. I know that I have personally worked with you and gave you all the information for a successful delivery. In tracking your package, the trucking company was not able to get in touch with you according to their website. If you could please email a better contact number so that I can forward this information to Ceva, My email address is [email protected]. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you Joyce P.

Living in Hawaii I would have assumed it would take weeks for me to get this lens. Especially when other sites still had it for preorder at the time of purchase. 2 day shipping to Hawaii and my total came out cheaper compared to other sites? I couldn’t believe it but, I took a leap of faith and pulled the trigger on the purchase. Focus camera you have gained a repeat customer!!! Highly recommend 10/10 would buy from again!!!

Excellent experience with Focus Camera. Customer support was awesome. They took care of the shipping issue that I had with UPS and catered to my need. They also followed up to make sure I received the order and that everything was ok. I purchased a bundled camera package and it was the best price compared to other offerings. I would definitely purchase again from here. Product arrived in mint conditions and worked as advertised.
