Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your flight. We understand your disappointment regarding the seating arrangement. While we do our best to accommodate seating preferences, open-seat flights do not guarantee specific seat assignments, as they are determined by factors such as aircraft weight and balance, passenger weights, and operational requirements. We sincerely apologize that your girlfriend was not able to sit where you had hoped. We appreciate your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another flight in the future.
