Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that this was your experience. Our standard procedure is for the safety video to explain when it is appropriate to extend your feet outside the aircraft, and the pilot also provides a safety briefing before the flight. We are sorry that this was not clear during your experience, and we understand how that could have affected your enjoyment of the flight. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us reinforce these instructions with both our staff and pilots to ensure they are communicated as clearly as possible in the future. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the helicopter flight itself, but we're very sorry to hear about the rest of your experience. We ask guests to arrive early so we have enough time to complete the required check-in, safety briefing, and weight verification before departure. We understand, however, that the overall process felt longer than expected. We also sincerely apologize that your ID was not returned after check-in. That is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to discover this after you were already well on your way home. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can reinforce our check-in procedures and ensure IDs are returned before guests leave the terminal. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration regarding the late arrival fee. Per our Terms & Conditions, a late fee is applied when passengers arrive outside of the required check-in window, as late arrivals can impact scheduled flight operations and other guests' experiences. That said, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we're sorry for any disappointment this caused during your visit. We appreciate you choosing to fly with us and hope you otherwise enjoyed the experience. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back in the future.
