Rude staff, if you are late you take fines even though if you arrive one hour prior

Amazing time

We had an incredible night helicopter tour over Manhattan, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The views of the city lights and skyline were absolutely breathtaking. Our pilot was highly professional, friendly, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire flight. His smooth flying and informative commentary made the experience even more enjoyable. The company was well organized, the staff was welcoming, and everything ran on time. If you're looking for an amazing and safe way to see New York City from above, I highly recommend this tour. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories!

Went there with my dad and everyone was lovely. The staff instructors ,desk lady, and the pilot were all great at explaining everything before our flight. I would definitely do this again and recommend anyone from Connecticut area to stop by here.

There is always middle seat per one helicopter without window view and possibility to put your legs outside. I think this place shall be sold per discounted price and people shall know ahead about this. I was very disappointed that I had been assigned (as they told me randomly) on this place and the trip was ruined as I was not able to clearly see or take photos (always hands or legs of other people sitting on windows places)

This was my first time flying in a helicopter, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The weather wasn't perfect at firs (it was a bit rainy) but the flight was still absolutely beautiful. Halfway through the tour, the skies cleared up, and I got to enjoy some incredible views. The pilot was amazing as well. I had the chance to sit in the co-pilot seat, and I felt completely safe throughout the entire flight. Everything was handled professionally, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was such an unforgettable experience that I'm already looking forward to my next helicopter ride. Highly recommended!

They were not polite, you could ask the girls questions, abd they were giving attitude, for $240 it was a bad experience, I even ask to pay for the shoes out guarantee, and they told me “I will be fine” I ended up in the middle, when I literally ask for the other price too

I had an amazing experience with FlyNYON! I flew during sunset, and the views over New York City were absolutely breathtaking. I was lucky enough to get the co-pilot seat, which was the best part of the experience. Not only did I have an incredible panoramic view, but I was also able to put my feet outside the helicopter and enjoy the full doors-off experience without being squeezed in the back with the other six passengers. Our pilot was professional, experienced, and very friendly, which made the flight even more enjoyable. We were also lucky to have perfect weather, making the sunset views even more spectacular. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I would highly recommend FlyNYON to anyone visiting New York!
