Having used for a long time Skype numbers I was forced to find an alternative after they discontinued their service. FlyNumber seemed a reasonable choice with clear info and easy to navigate webpage. Decided to give it a try porting my US number. After being with them for like 8 months the transition had been smooth. Their call app is a nice feature and even incoming SMS works well . Customer support may take some time occasionally but if you explain the urgency they will get to you expedited. I understand running this operation with a small team should not be that easy, So I appreciate their dedication and desire to help. Nader especially had been great even with pricing questions and setting up inquiries. He had mentioned they are working to offer outgoing SMS in the future. That would be even a greater differentiator. I rarely give this type of feedback. Overall highly recommend based on these initial months of usage.

So far so good. New on Flynumber .They were good at connecting me to Linphone Voip as they did everything. Lots of paperwork for an old person like myself, but it's the Greek system requirement. Now I have a Greek local number after a few days and have to get used to this system !

Initial impressions: FlyNumber just works. All prices are clearly listed and their system has excellent documentation. You can pay with an auto-renewal, or you can pay manually, which is what i did and everything went smoothly.

On boarding took a bit of time 2-3 days to get fully working VOIP. You remind them you exist and after that it goes well. The software is very good and easy to use.

I am actually very impressed. I followed the instructions, missed a step somewhere. Emailed support, and received an email from Nader. He helped me set up right away! I definitely recommend this company. They are on top of their game

I have had an excellent experience with Flynumber. Before I was a customer with Skype for many years. I received very good customer support from Mr Nader Jaber and I was able to have my virtual number working on my iPhone in a couple of days to make and receive calls. I can also receive sms messages for verification purposes to my email. I highly recommend Flynumber to those looking for a reliable and affordable option.

Very friendly and effective help

Despite what some reviews below say, my recent experience with this company has been stellar. Nader not only helped to set up exactly what I needed (after I explained it in an email) but also stood by until we got it all set up with my phone app and got the virtual number fully working. Since I was not familiar with virtual telephony, I really appreciated someone like him taking me step by step. I would recommend this service to anyone needing a virtual phone number abroad.
